即使已解除安裝或無法登入 App，您仍可透過電子郵件要求刪除 Yuma 帳戶及與帳戶關聯的使用者資料。

請使用註冊／登入 Yuma 的電子郵件寄信，主旨填寫「Yuma 帳戶與資料刪除申請」，並附上可供核對的 Yuma 使用者 ID 與顯示名稱。請勿提供密碼、驗證碼或付款卡號。
為防止他人冒名刪除帳戶，我們可能要求您完成合理的身分驗證。驗證完成後會安排刪除，流程最長 30 天。
也可直接在 App 內申請
- 開啟 Yuma，登入要刪除的帳戶。
- 進入「我的／個人頁面」，開啟「設定」。
- 選擇「刪除帳號」，閱讀提示後確認申請。
- 帳戶會進入 30 天恢復期；恢復期結束後，帳戶與關聯資料將永久刪除或去識別化，但依法必須保留的資料除外。
將刪除的資料
- 帳戶、登入識別資料、個人檔案、暱稱、頭像、簡介與偏好設定。
- 您上傳或建立的照片、影片、音訊、貼文及其相關中繼資料。
- 與帳戶關聯的訊息、追蹤／封鎖關係、互動、搜尋與使用紀錄。
- 與帳戶關聯的推播權杖、裝置識別資料及可識別個人的位置資料。
可能依法保留的資料
- 交易、退款、稅務、會計及商店付款紀錄，會依適用法律、商店規則或爭議處理需求保留必要期間。
- 為防詐、安全、內容審查、濫用防制或法律義務所必須的最少紀錄。
- 備份中的資料會在正常備份輪替週期內清除，期間不會再用於一般產品功能。
保留期結束後，上述資料會刪除或不可逆地去識別化。彙總且無法識別個人的統計資料可能繼續保留。
付費訂閱提醒
刪除 Yuma 帳戶不會自動取消由 Google Play 或 Apple 管理的有效訂閱。若您有訂閱，請先在對應商店的訂閱管理頁取消，以避免下一期扣款。
Account and data deletion (English)
You may request deletion of your Yuma - 用心遇見對的人 account and associated user data without reinstalling the app. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Yuma Account and Data Deletion Request” and include your Yuma user ID and display name. Never send a password, verification code, or payment card number.
After reasonable identity verification, deletion is scheduled with a 30-day recovery period. The account and associated personal data are then permanently deleted or anonymized, except for limited transaction, fraud-prevention, safety, moderation, and legal-compliance records that must be retained. Store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or Apple subscription settings.
