本政策適用於行動應用程式「Yuma - 用心遇見對的人」（下稱「Yuma」或「本服務」），Android 套件名稱為 com.maimax.live。本服務由創億影音廣告有限公司營運並負責處理本政策所述資料。
2. 我們可能收集的資料
帳戶與個人檔案
- 姓名或顯示名稱、電子郵件、使用者 ID、登入方式、頭像、簡介、生日／年齡、性別及您選擇提供的其他個人檔案資料。
- 使用 Google 或 Apple 登入時，由該服務依您的授權提供的識別資訊。
您建立與互動的內容
- 照片、影片、音訊、直播／語音互動、貼文、留言、私訊、檢舉及其他使用者原創內容。
- 追蹤、封鎖、按讚、搜尋、觀看、房間參與及其他 App 內活動。
交易、位置與裝置資料
- 購買紀錄、點數或虛擬商品交易狀態；付款資訊由 Google Play、Apple 或付款服務商處理，我們通常不取得完整卡號。
- 在您授權時取得的精確或大概位置，以及您主動附加至內容的位置。
- 裝置或其他識別碼、IP 位址、App 版本、作業系統、語言、推播權杖、當機記錄、診斷、效能及使用紀錄。
相機、麥克風、相簿、媒體與位置權限僅在相關功能需要時要求。您可在裝置設定中撤回權限，但部分直播、語音、上傳或位置功能可能無法使用。
3. 臉部資料與裝置端美顏處理（Face Data and On-Device Beauty Effects）
Yuma 不會蒐集、儲存、保留、傳輸或分享臉部資料，也不使用臉部辨識來識別或驗證使用者。
- 當您主動開啟美顏預覽、視訊通話或直播相機時，App 內建的 PixelFree SDK 會在您的裝置上即時分析相機影格，暫時偵測臉部位置與臉部特徵點／幾何座標，以套用您選擇的磨皮、色彩、美型或妝容效果。
- 相機輸入影格與暫時產生的臉部位置、特徵點或幾何資料只存在於裝置的揮發性記憶體中，不會上傳至 Yuma 伺服器或 PixelFree、不會寫入檔案或日誌、不會用於辨識、建立臉部樣板、廣告、分析、使用者側寫或訓練模型，也不會分享給任何第三方。
- 保存期間僅為處理單一影格所需的極短時間（通常為毫秒）；影格處理完成後即覆寫或丟棄，停止相機時所有暫時處理狀態亦隨即終止。因此沒有可由使用者另行要求刪除的臉部資料紀錄。
- App 可在裝置本機保存您選擇的美顏項目與強度數值，直到您重設設定或移除 App；這些數值不包含相片、臉部影像、臉部特徵點、臉部幾何或生物辨識資訊，不屬於臉部資料。
- 若您主動開始直播或視訊通話，套用效果後的視訊會依您要求作為影音內容傳送給直播觀眾或通話對象；Yuma 不會從該輸出另行擷取、儲存或保留臉部樣板或臉部特徵資料。一般影音內容依本政策第 2、4、5 及 6 節處理。
Face Data and On-Device Beauty Effects
Yuma does not collect, store, retain, transmit, or share face data, and does not use face recognition to identify or authenticate users.
When a user intentionally opens the beauty preview, a video call, or the live-streaming camera, the PixelFree SDK embedded in the App processes camera frames locally on the user’s device. It temporarily detects face position and facial landmark/geometry coordinates solely to apply user-selected smoothing, color, reshaping, or makeup effects. Camera input frames and the temporary face position, landmark, and geometry data remain only in volatile device memory. They are not uploaded to Yuma or PixelFree servers, written to files or logs, used for recognition, face templates, advertising, analytics, profiling, or model training, or shared with any third party.
This temporary data is retained only for the time needed to process one frame, typically milliseconds, and is immediately overwritten or discarded; all temporary processing state ends when the camera stops. Therefore, Yuma has no retained face-data record to delete. The App may store only the user’s selected beauty-effect names and numeric intensity values locally on the device until reset or uninstall; those settings contain no photo, face image, landmark, geometry, or biometric information and are not face data.
If the user intentionally starts a live stream or video call, the effect-processed video is transmitted as user-directed audiovisual content to viewers or the call participant. Yuma does not separately extract, store, or retain a face template or facial-feature record from that output. General audiovisual content is handled as described in Sections 2, 5, and 6.
4. 使用資料的目的
- 建立、驗證與管理帳戶，提供直播、語音房、社交、配對、訊息、內容發布、購買及客服功能。
- 顯示與個人化內容、維持跨裝置登入狀態、發送服務與安全通知。
- 處理交易狀態、退款、點數與帳務紀錄。
- 偵測詐欺、垃圾訊息、濫用與違規內容，執行社群規範並維護使用者安全。
- 分析錯誤與效能、改善功能、保護服務及履行法律義務。
5. 資料分享與受託處理
我們不出售您的個人資料。為提供本服務，必要資料可能由雲端儲存、影音通訊、推播、驗證、當機分析、內容安全、客服及付款／應用程式商店服務商代表我們處理。我們也可能在取得您的同意、履行交易、保護使用者安全，或法律、法院與主管機關合法要求時揭露必要資料。
您設定為公開的個人檔案、直播、房間或內容，會依功能設計顯示給其他使用者。請勿在公開區域發布不希望他人取得的個人資訊。
6. 資料保存與刪除
- 帳戶有效期間，我們會依提供服務所需保存帳戶與關聯內容。
- 收到並完成驗證的帳戶刪除申請後，帳戶進入 30 天恢復期；其後帳戶與關聯個人資料會永久刪除或去識別化。
- 交易、退款、稅務、會計、反詐、安全、內容審查與法律紀錄，可能依適用法律、商店規則或爭議處理需求保留必要期間，期滿即刪除或去識別化。
- 備份內的資料會在正常備份輪替週期清除，等待清除期間不再用於一般產品功能。
- 無法再識別個人的彙總統計資料可能持續保存。
7. 您的權利與選擇
依適用法律，您可要求存取、更正、取得副本、限制處理或刪除個人資料，也可撤回可選權限與通知設定。您可在 App 內編輯個人檔案、刪除部分內容，或依本頁上方流程要求刪除帳戶與關聯資料。
8. 資料安全與跨境處理
我們採用傳輸加密、存取控制及其他合理措施保護資料，但任何系統皆無法保證絕對安全。資料可能由位於其他國家或地區的受託服務商處理；我們會依適用法律採取合理保護措施。
9. 成人服務
Yuma 為 18 歲以上使用者提供的成人社交服務，不供未成年人使用。若您認為未成年人向我們提供了資料，請立即聯絡我們，以便調查並採取適當措施。
10. 政策變更
本政策更新時，我們會在本頁標示最新日期；重大變更可能另以 App 內通知或其他合理方式告知。
